SwyftRevenue provides medical practice optimization and revenue cycle management, including but not limited to:

  • Expert Medical Billing & Coding Services
  • Daily Claims Submission & Follow-Up
  • Denial Mitigation & Denial Management
  • Real-Time Eligibility Verification
  • Provider Credentialing & Accounts Receivable Management

Specific operational terms, fee structures, and service-level commitments will be governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between SwyftRevenue and your medical practice.

2. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view our website for informational and legitimate business inquiry purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape data, or violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, trademarks, graphics, and text on this website are the exclusive property of SwyftRevenue and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important Note: SwyftRevenue is an administrative revenue cycle management company. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical patient care. All clinical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider.

4. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

Healthcare providers utilizing SwyftRevenue services agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation, charge entries, and patient demographics required for billing.
  • Maintain active medical licenses, NPI status, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Safeguard login credentials used to access SwyftRevenue client portals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • SwyftRevenue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
  • While we strive for maximum clean claim rates and optimal collection turnaround, SwyftRevenue does not guarantee specific financial returns or coverage determinations made by insurance payors.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwyftRevenue, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
